Oh Come On.
4 o’ clock this morning I woke up with the worst headache. The pain took over the right side of my head and eye. I kept trying to bury my head in pillows (Got new ones from Kohl’s!) but it felt like I was laying on bricks or something. After popping some Tylenol extra strength, I didn’t see much difference. Greg gave me a cold towel to put over my eye, that helped and I had a reese’s cup because I remember a girl saying chocolate helps headaches. The chocolate took my mind off the pain 
. From there it took me about 15 minutes to go back to sleep.
I later woke up around noon to get ready for work, I turned on the shower to be greeted by ice cold water. I even let it run for a while. I contacted the office, but since it’s Sunday I figured maintenance wouldn’t be around. I decided to boil some water, the aisles wouldn’t come on! SO, I decided to MICROWAVE some water. When I turned on the microwave, the lights went dim, and the water never got warm. SO, I decided to take a Huggies babywipe bath 
. Nothing went wrong there. The head maintenance guy showed up and ran some tests on the switches and outlets and discovered that 1 of 2 “legs” burned out, so anything on the 2nd leg won’t work properly. Tomorrow morning they’ll have to redo the “service” from the main into the apartment. So we don’t have hot water, I couldn’t cook, and it’s freezing in here since the heat doesn’t work. We had to use a utility extension cord to plug the refrigerator up in the dining room. Oh and I was an hour late to work. Dinner was a pepperoni pizza from Little C-a-e-s-a-r’s, a c-a-e-s-a-r side salad from Wendy’s and a frosty, mmm.
Speaking of Wendy’s they’ve been out of order. Yesterday Greg ordered me a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe meal and they gave me the Crispy Chicken Deluxe, I didn’t complain because it was good. After work we went back and they gave us free fries, of course I didn’t complain, it made up for the sandwich mix up. Today they didn’t mess up our order but they had to ask us if we ordered 2 c-a-e-s-a-r side salads. Now, I go to Wendy’s hoping for free food.

Random Goodness.
I took the LPN entrance exam again today. To my surprise, it was identical to the first one that I took. I rushed through the math to make sure I finished. Anything I didn’t know I randomly bubbled in, I then went back to questions them and attempted to correct them. Last time I didn’t get to the last 6 or so questions so I randomly bubbled them in. Hope my new approach boosts my score a bit. Well, actually I just hope to be one of the 80 receiving an acceptance letter in May.
I’m working on a new theme, I just can’t get the css right. I’m debating where I want to upload my pictures from the Auto Show, my gallery (which needs to be redone) or flickr. I’ll see. I got some really good pictures of Kelis.
Yesterday Greg and I came home (southern illinois) to our new printer and bedding. Ugh, the bedding is not what I expected. Here is my review: I give this NO STARS! I paid $59.99 for this and $20 shipping. I thought I was really getting something seeing how it had been marked down from $117.99. It looks so much better in the picture. Mine looks terribly faded, there are strings hanging off the sides of my comforter from a horrible sewing job and I DID NOT receive my neck pillow. I could have gotten better at Walmart.
NOW speaking of Walmart, I ranted a bit about them in a previous post how the past 4 bedding sets that I purchased from them, the comforters unraveled at the corners exposing the stuffing. This was the whole reason I turned to Amazon to get bedding, but I got bamboozled again. Now back to Walmart, I had a spare set of sheets that were purchased from Walmart, I wanted to put them on the bed before we put the new set from Amazon on. We have a queen sized bed, the sheet set was for a queen sized bed, why did the fitted sheet say FULL SIZED?!?! Needless to say, it didn’t fit. - I will never buy any type of bedding from Walmart again!

1. I have a habit of grabbing my boobs when I walk/jog down the stairs - not in public.
2. When handling fresh beef, particularly steaks, the smell turns my stomach. It reminds me of dead people. That’s what I get for watching CSI.

9. I watch HGTV whenever I can, it motivates me to try harder in life.

Hide Your Shoes!
So Greg just woke up, looks on the floor and says “It’s only a dream”. He then tells me that he had a dream that Caesar chewed up every pair of shoes that he had! Some weeks back, Caesar chewed a bit on one of Greg’s New Balance shoes. He got all mad at Caesar, but I specifically over and over told Greg that Caesar LOVES shoes. Greg continued to leave his shoes on the bedroom floor and learned the hard way. Yesterday Caesar got a hold of one of MY New Balances, he didn’t do much harm, but he was put in time out for the rest of the day. My shoes were in the downstairs bathroom though. But anyway, he’s out under the bed sleeping now. I want to do some cleaning before we leave for Chicago tomorrow. Caesar has bits of toys all over the floor, never again will we buy him plastic chew toys. Critter Snackz anyone?

Valentine’s Day: He met me in the computer lab with 3 HUGE balloons and a dozen roses! One of the balloons play “You’re the First, the Last, My Everything” by Barry White. I thought that was kinda funny. We went out to this Italian restaurant, came back and…went to bed, lol. Here are some pictures.

It’s The Fog
About 2-3 late nights ago, Greg and I watched Fog. It was a blah movie, typical. But anyway, last night I was looking up salaries of different careers and my laptop SHUTS OFF *bam*! All we could do is laugh, I then started pounding on the wall, if you’ve seen the movie, you know what I’m talking about. Now on to my laptop, it overheated, that’s not good. Lately it’s been getting so hot, I’ve only had it 2 years, give me a break! Looks like I’ll be looking into getting another one this year. Maybe I’m just on it too much… Gotta watch Lincoln Heights, toodles.
