Trying To Budget Here…
I had almost just about had it with our energy and cable companies. Yesterday I found that our bank account had been charged twice for our electric/gas bill. This caused an overdraft. In rage, I emailed them last night and this morning the charge disappeared and the bank account is fine. Now on to cable/internet. Yesterday I called them to downgrade the services. I had stayed on for at least 30 minutes before giving up. Today I call them and at the same time the cable and internet wasn’t working so I had to see what was up with that. It was down in our area but it’s fixed now. I thought they screwed something up and cut our service off. But anyway I wanted to downgrade because we were on a special for like $54. The special ended this month and brought the bill to $87 and we are not paying that. So we’re taking back the cable box and downgrading the internet. The bill will now be $67, which is still high but we’ll be switching companies when we move in July. We’ll only be paying that amount for 2 months. We couldn’t get the bill any lower than that unless we just want channels 2-22, what’s the point of paying for those channels when we can get an antenna?
So anyway when we move we’re going with EarthLink and DISH Network for internet and television entertainment. I now see why so many people out here have dishes, the cable company is a ripoff. With EarthLink and DISH Network we won’t have to worry about the prices increasing or being taxed for a bunch of nothing. Together we’ll be paying a little less than $40 for internet and “channels”. Sounds good to me.

Hey…dam companies! this must be going around..my credit report people charged me twice for my monthly service annnnnddd my bank hit me with an unknown overdraft fee for no reason and two online banking fees! i called em up..they changed it sooooo fast lmao! dont wanna lose business, economy is going to shits lol!
