From The Road…

Hello there. I’m in the car tinkering on my phone. Speaking of which, I want to get something new, something Blackberry-ish. Anyway, we’re on our way to Chicago for the week. Like I said in the previous post, I want to go somewhere! I meant more like on a tropical vacation, but this will do too. We love Chicago -) . Hopefully we’ll do more than sleep this time around. Last time we went up to Chicago, Jayden was 2 weeks old and we were still trying to adjust to his sleep patterns. Now that he’s 2 MONTHS we’re pretty much adjusted.

This week will be spent eating, shopping (Unwanted surprises keep us from doing this. I’m throwing a mental tantrum.), tinkering around downtown, and most importantly apartment hunting. We may also meet up with a fellow blogger!

Man, I smell like outside. Yuck. I can’t wait to take a shower and change into some fresh pjs.

To conclude, I have a question. What has been the DUMBEST reason a cop gave as to why he pulled you or someone you know over? It’s ok to refer to yourself as your “friend” to look good.

I’ll get the list started:
1. There was an air freshener hanging from the window…*cough*

Although it’s still light outside, goodnight!

Have fun on your trip.. I got pulled over recently because the cop “thought” I wasn’t wearing my seat belt and I was.. I think he just wanted to say hello! lol

I was pulled over because of a bad taillight. I had been pulled over earlier in the night for the same problem. Officer #1 said I was fine to keep driving that night, just fix it the next day.

Apparently Officer #2 didn’t like that answer. So then he says he saw us throw a beer can out the window. We hadn’t been drinking AT ALL, had nothing but TEA in the car AND the windows weren’t even open on the car!

BTW, I have a BlackBerry and love it to death!
