The Fake Dilemma.
So I’ve been wanting a few fake handbags for a while because they are cute, not because of the brand they imitate. Since I’m not a high end fashionista, I don’t know how to really spot a fake except for like bad stitching and cut off letters at the seams. The fact that they are fake, I won’t buy them. My mother buys fakes all the time, she’s older so it doesn’t matter. I know it makes no sense to pay hundreds of dollars for a bag that you can only afford to put $20 in. Rather than look like boo boo the fool in my fake Louis, I don’t even deal with them. I can just feel the people looking at me thinking Look at her. She think she doin’ it in her Bouis Vuitton.
Do you wear fakes? How do you feel when wearing them? Would Jayden be embarrassed if his mama was out carrying a fake Coach diaper bag? LOL!

As long as it doesn’t look cheap I’ll buy it!
i don’ t like LOGO bags.
real or fake.
no thank you.
I don’t like fake. I don’t like logos. I only had a fake bag once and that was when I was in highschool. Silly me I didn’t even know it was a fake.

I wear what i can afford. The last bag i purchased was an $80 Claiborne for $11.99 on clearance! I am not into the big name brands. Just what I can afford!

I am not a name brand kind of gal, but am not sure if I would consider wearing a knock off. I might if the bag was cute enough… I normally wait until I can find a good buy on a bag I really like.

All the time. I love all kinds of styles of hand bags. With five kids I can’t worry about it being fake or not. Shoot, even if I didn’t have five kids I wouldn’t worry about it. Now if someone gave it to me as a gift then I would gladly accept it with a smile
That’s a hint for hubby….lol.
I’m not too big on brand names although I do have some name brand things. I’m not a very big fan of purses but I’m finding lately that I’ve been becoming more of the girly type. Something I never was before. I think that anyone can pick some nice clothes and still look just as dashing as anyone else in brand name clothing.

I don’t own any fakes. Most of the fake purses I have seen are actually quite expensive — so I figure if I’m gonna pay that much for a bag, I might as well get the real thing.
If I could find a good looking fake for a reasonable price though — I’d probably buy it!

it is the utility of the bags that count - they not fake if they work

Save the $200, buy the fake purse, and spend the rest on Jayden…and maybe buy yourself a massage too. That is alot better way to spend the $$$ in my opinion! Who cares if you have a fake purse!

I’ve never worn any, but I wouldn’t have a problem with it. I’ve never been one to really care about brands, when it comes to clothes anyways.
I tend to buy whatever I like regardless. So I say if you like it, go for it!

i rock my fakes proudly. the first couple times i bought and wore them i was self conscious. now, it’s like whatever. i have quite a few real designer bags, so throwing a few descently made ones in the mix isnt that big of a deal to me. AND i had a fake coach diaper bag. no one knew. and jayden doesn’t care i;m sure. save yout money and get the fake!!
