Empire Carpet: Still Going Strong

Last year my mother had carpet put in her living room. After calling around to get quotes from local carpet businesses, she decided to go with Empire Carpet. Before installing her carpet, they came out to give her a free, no obligation in-home estimate. They recorded the measurements of the living room and let her view samples to help her choose the color and texture of the carpet that was going to be installed. The next day they returned, laid the carpet, and did an excellent job. They did forget to do one small spot, but I think it was a minor misunderstanding. My mother called them to discuss the issue and they were back the next day to fill in the spot. Two weeks later, they followed up with my mother to make sure that she was completely satisfied. Sure enough she was. I was too.

I love coming back home because the new carpet makes her house feel cozy. The carpet that she chose is lighter than what she had. So it brightens up the living room. It’s also very plushy. I love walking in the living room barefoot. Greg and I have a hard berber so it’s refreshing to walk across my mother’s carpet. Hopefully when we move, we’ll have something softer. Jayden DOES have to crawl on it!
