20 Weeks Belly Shot
This is for you Tanyetta! I told you I wasn’t looking as glamorous as Sheliza, but I’ll try to get better photos as my belly expands! After Christmas I will be doing some maternity shopping. I am not all that big as you can see, but my jeans are way tooo tight. I don’t wish to just upgrade in size because my belly may grow before my hips and thighs creating a soggy mess in the hips, thigh, and booty department. Who wants to wear pants that fit their waist and are loose everywhere else? Maternity pants stretch to my body, still hugging me in the right places. Me and Old Navy are going to be best friends because their maternity pants come in 34 long inseams! I also have a few pairs of jeans that I’ve bought too big 2 years ago that I can now get some wear out of.
That’s all for now, I feel awkward even blogging because I know everyone’s getting ready for the holiday. I haven’t even taken any pictures of our tree, we haven’t even been turning on the lights. I feel so “bah humbug”, I can’t keep up with anything. I’m really looking forward to 2008. We’ll be going up to Chicago on Christmas Eve. I get to chow down on Maxwell’s *drool*. I can’t wait *licks lips*. If I don’t blog by the 25th, have a safe and wonderful holiday! Don’t forget about Mommy Daddy Blog!

A Creature Wants To Live With Us
New post over at Mommy Daddy Blog courtesy of Greg. Please excuse him! I didn’t want him cursing at ALL for numerous reasons. I just don’t want people to get turned off but at the same time I would like to have fun with the blog without seeming uptight. Don’t hesitate to comment, utilize the bookmark buttons, or subscribe to our feed. I do ask that no one curses in the comments, lol. We plan on running the blog until we’re old and grey, it isn’t something that will sit or disappear once the kids get older. That being said, we want it to be successful.
Now to the title of this post, there is some type of animal trying to get into our house. It comes late at night and starts scratching on the sides of the house. It’ll scurry across the porch, scratch, then come around to the back of the house and scratch some more. Simba is determined to figure out what it is. My guess is a raccoon or a cat that I TRIED to bring in over the summer but the ungrateful thing scratched up my arm when I picked it up. I’m leaning more towards a raccoon because a cat wouldn’t make that much noise when it walks or scratches. I’m so ready to move. I think I have a better appreciation for apartments and town homes now.

Baby Update!
Visit Mommy Daddy Blog for updates on our pregnancy! The domain name (website address) is generic, straight to the point, should be easy to remember, and hard to misspell! If you haven’t already, subscribe to my feed here and on Mommy Daddy Blog!
In the next few days, we’ll be adding more to the site such as pictures (can’t leave out belly shots) and preggy stats (weight, symptoms, etc.). Right now I’m experiencing heartburn, just when I thought it was over, it’s back! I now know why I have it. I am also able to feel the baby move frequently *flutter* *flutter* *flutter*. Ok enough, visit Mommy Daddy Blog!

Kinda Busy Or Something
Currently Greg and I are still working on our baby blog. I won’t be revealing anything about the pregnancy until the blog is finished. I have been distracted by the urge to create baby registries. Greg works and naps. Sometimes I lack energy, etc. We moved my office into the bedroom so we’d both be more comfortable. It’s cozier in the bedroom, I can watch tv and we can both be together. The bedroom is also closer to the fridge and bathroom, lol. The lighting is much better too. I’ll probably be taking a break from my web design job because I can’t deal with starting a project then having it open for months because of delays. Once I finish the 2 that are open I won’t be taking anymore unless I feel I can knock them out with no issues. I’m trying to focus more on the things that I have going on. This doesn’t mean I can’t take on personal requests, those I have full control over and can get done in less than a week depending on what is asked. So I encourage anyone who needs something done to contact me. It’s just better working for yourself rather than with a company sometimes is what I’m saying.
Hopefully we’ll have the baby blog up tonight. I’m excited but yet I’m not as excited as I think I should be. It just feels so right, like I’ve been here before. I’m not worried about delivery or those first days that the baby comes home. I don’t care about being sleep deprived or if I have a scar, marks, or saggy boobs. Me being pregnant is more relieving to me than anything.
