Pringles Extreme Screamin’ Dill Pickle Chips!
I am writing this in hopes that Pringles will find this. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU so much for creating the Screamin’ Dill Pickle flavor!!! I discovered these stacked up on display between the main aisles of Walmart and couldn’t resist grabbing a few cans. See back when I was a little one, I used to spend summers in Arkansas with my cousins, Joy and Tracie. Their Kroger sold a dill pickle flavored potato chip that I absolutely loved and would beg my aunt and uncle to buy them whenever I was there. If they came to visit, I’d beg them to bring some with. Years later, Kroger stopped selling them. Last year I discovered Lay’s Dill Pickle flavored potato chips, at last I had been reunited with a flavor that I’d loved so much, until they stopped selling them. Notice the pattern? Pringles please don’t disappoint me, continue to send Screamin’ Dill Pickle Pringles to the grocery stores in my area. I’m tired of being teased

LiceMD, Pesticide Free
I would like to take time to share some facts about head lice and a new product that makes getting rid of them much easier. Some may be thinking omgawd she’s African American, why is she talking about lice? Well, anyone can get head lice. It is a misconception that African American children don’t get head lice. African American children are much less likely to get head lice than Caucasian or Hispanic children because of difference in hair texture and hair products used. Head lice have a much harder time latching on to curly strands and they have a hard time surviving certain moisturizers commonly used by African Americans. Head lice are becoming stronger and more resistant to less hospitable living conditions. So for this reason all children in high risk areas should be checked.
* There are between 6 and 12 million cases of head lice each year.
* Head lice are the second most common condition among children – second only to the common cold.
* About 80 percent of schools across the country have at least one outbreak of head lice per year.
* Pre-school and elementary aged children (those aged 3 to 12) are most commonly infested, girls more frequently than boys.
* Lice infestation is not due to poor hygiene. In fact, lice prefer to live on clean heads. Head lice spread easily by direct contact.
* Head lice can be spread whenever there is direct contact between the head or hair with an infested individual.
* Lice can also be spread through the sharing of personal articles like hats, towels, brushes, helmets, hair ties, etc.
* There is also a possibility of spreading head lice via a pillow, headrest or similar items.
* Humans cannot get head lice from pets.
LiceMD has developed a pesticide and chemical free, hypoallergenic formula that helps eliminate lice in just three easy steps. It is odorless, can be reapplied as needed, and super conditions the hair to prevent from pulling it out when removing lice with the provided comb. Removing lice just got easier.

So it’s about time for an update…
Wednesday was a tiring day for me. Management needed to show the house so Greg and I decided to run some errands while they did. It’s uncomfortable having people in your house observing and waiting for them to get out so that’s why we chose not to be there. We went to the mall because I wanted to use my coupons for Bath and Body Works for the 3rd time. Tomorrow will be my last visit since the coupons expire then. I know they are tired of me, lol. I doubt they will ever have a deal this great in the near future. Walking through the mall was a struggle since Jayden has dropped. Greg asked me if I was ok and if I even wanted to be in the mall. I told him I was fine, I just need oxygen, lol. After the mall, we stopped at Walmart and that is when I realized I didn’t want to be out. It just wasn’t my day. My back, pelvis, legs, and feet were killing me. After we returned home I fell out.
I vaguely remember yesterday. I chatted on AIM with a buddy that I haven’t chatted with in a while. I rarely get on AIM and when I’m on it’s to talk to her, lol. It’s just hard trying to multi task and instant message on top of that. I’m working on it. It stormed all day yesterday, so that was a plus. Greg and I love thunderstorms and snuggling during them so we did just that last night.
I finally got around to buying goodies for my camera. I’ve been wanting a new lens since forever so I bought one as well as a UV filter, tripod, camera bag, screen protector, remote, and some other small trinkets. Jayden’s on his way so I absolutely NEEDED this stuff, O:-). It seems as if whenever I start buying little extras something breaks and needs to be replaced. This time it was the keyboard on my imac. The spacebar and “-” button died on me today, so now I’m using an old 1998 Gateway keyboard until the one I ordered arrives. I hope I’m not damaging my mac in the process, but I had to use something. I can’t get much work done without a spacebar.
Well, I’m off to probably lay down and call my mother. Before or after Greg gets home I’ll start on dinner. Below are some sample shots I took using my new lens. *drool*

Shopping and Rambling
My nails (referring to last post) didn’t even last a day before the polish starting chipping off, lol. I can never keep polish on my finger nails long, my toe nails do just fine. That’s because they stay safely covered in fluffy socks and they don’t have a care in the world.
Tuesday Greg and I went to the mall so that I could use my Bath and Body Works coupons (thanks Tanyetta!) and spend my Old Navy gift card. It seems like all stores are having a 40% off sale, which isn’t much of a deal to me. I like to go for the super clearance racks. But man oh man did I have a mental fit looking at all of the cute clothes and accessories that I know I’m not supposed to be buying. I just used what I’ve seen for fashion inspiration and money making motivation. It’s not like I can’t pick up a few things now, but I’m trying to be good! I have piles of clothes that I need to list on eBay (clothes I wanted to sell before the pregnancy), so the money I make off of auctions will support my new wardrobe items. After I drop my load, I’ll be able to see how jeans fit without a belly. I’d hate to buy something and have them fitting all loose on me post pregnancy.
At Bath and Body Works, I got 2 Hello Sugar! Totally Absorbed Shimmer Body Lotions. Greg and I used a coupon each. I was about to have a pregzilla moment because the lady that worked there said they were one per customer when the coupon didn’t say that. I had 9 coupons I wanted to spend! Good thing I got in there last week when she wasn’t working because this other girl let me use 5 coupons and just put them on 5 different transactions. I bought 5 nail files at $1.50 each and got this stuff for free. I’m going to go as many times as I can before the 12th because I never shop for spa goods. I figure they aren’t a need but I will use them if given to me. So this is a way for mommy to pick up all of her spa goods for free! At Old Navy, I grabbed a Women’s Cross-Body Safari Tote for $5.99. The color that I have isn’t available online anymore. These babies are huge, larger than a diaper bag huge! I couldn’t find any baby clothes that blew me away, Jayden has loads from our “baby stash” and then from the baby shower. He’s all set so the Old Navy gift card belongs to mommy!
I’m going to use this weekend to upgrade Sophistishe and Mommy Daddy Blog to wordpress 2.5 as well as work on new themes for both blogs. After I deliver Jayden, I want to be able to just hit that “activate theme” button and keep it moving.
It’s been a while since I last rambled on like this, hopefully when things calm down a bit, I’ll be able to do it more often. That’s all for now!

Masculine Or Feminine Test
Last night I overheard Greg mumbling while reading Are You Masculine Or Feminine?.
Greg: I’m masculine.
Me: What are you talking about?
Greg: Ok, look at your nails.
Me: Uh, *extends hands out with my palms facing down*
Greg: It’s true!
Me: What, so you look at your nails like this then, right? *turns palms up, curling my fingers towards me*
Greg: Yea, but I thought that would be feminine too. I didn’t even know dudes looked at their nails.
Immediately after this conversation, I painted my nails because they didn’t have any polish on them. Gotta keep my hands looking dainty (as my mother says)!

If you would like to give a gift to baby Jayden, we are registered at Target. All gifts are greatly appreciated!
