All Is Well! *Hugs Laptop*

Hurray my computer’s fixed! The reformat went well and I’m restoring my files. I got off work an hour and a half ago and now I got some stuff to do. Greg gets off of work in a couple of hours so I want to enjoy HGTV while I can.

In other news I’m getting new glasses. There’s a place in the mall having a 2 for $89 special, yipee! My mother told me that my cousin needs a website designed for his company and of course I jumped at the opportunity. I just hope he can clearly tell me exactly what he wants done. I don’t know what to charge, he’s family but I don’t want to be cheated either, lol. Either way I know I’m going to under price my services seeing how I’m not a professional and haven’t developed a portfolio yet. I’d say buying my glasses is fair.

This Dern Computer

My laptop has lost it. It takes like 10 minutes for a program to load. Firefox freezes and cuts off. Now you know there’s a problem when Firefox starts acting up. I think it all started when I tried uninstalling Limewire. Somehow it didn’t uninstall properly, so I got errors. I reinstalled just so that I could uninstall it again and my computer just hasn’t been the same since. I will be reformatting today. I did a backup on idrive.com, so hopefully I don’t run into any problems. I do need to purchase an external hard drive to keep all of my pictures on. Pictures are my main concern. I can always get my programs back, but not my pictures. I’ll be hogging Greg’s laptop until I fix mine. Hopefully, all goes well with the reformat before all of my motivation goes out the window.

Our Nature Walk Montage

Those “spiders” that were stuck to Greg after hiking were ticks. They looked like jumping spiders but after giving it some thought and finding two on Caesar, it was obvious what they were. Greg must have brought more than 2 in the house because the 2 that were attached to him, he removed, and then I found 2 on Caesar while bathing him. I removed them and put alcohol on the area, so all is well. We will be watching out for any symptoms since some ticks do carry diseases. When we take Caesar to get some shots, we’ll also tell them about it. We’re also gonna get Caesar a tick collar and other products for when we actually do take him out hiking and some Deet and Permethrin for us. I made a montage of our hike and I’m in love with it. I didn’t want to upload it to youtube (people are so rude on there), but I wanted it to be available to my friends on facebook. I turned off comments and all of that so. This is a quick post. I got off work at 9pm “yesterday” and cooked dinner. It was delicious. I made my version of the KFC Famous Mashed Potato Bowl and a nummy salad. I’ll post pictures later today. I’m pooped. Nite/Mornin’.

I Could Use Another Job

I ended up not going to work today. It was optional anyway. Good thing I didn’t because I made more money today online than I would have at work. If I run in right now I could make $13. If only I could be at work and blog too. I did volunteer myself to work Thursday morning - I NEVER do mornings but it’s money. Greg’s been working a lot. I’m happy about that. On top of that, he gets more hours and makes more than me an hour. I’m thinking about working at Sears too, I’m just not ready to give Hollister the boot yet, maybe I can work at both stores. I think I’m going to apply at Sears anyway because they are still hiring. It would be fun to dress up in sophisticated button up shirts and “slacks” and drool over appliances.

Bark Bites, Shure Pets, Arbonne

Below are my reviews for Bark Bites, Paramount Creamsicle Shampoo by Shure Pets, and Arbonne’s NutriMenCâ„¢ RE9 line.

Bark Bites: These treats are baked fresh upon order and dehydrated for a long shelf life. Best of all they are made from natural human grade ingredients! Caesar seemed to love these. They were very crunchy and smelled really good. I gave him a few before and after his bath last night. I caught him trying to get to the rest when I sat them on the table. The poochie definitely loves these. Visit Bark Bites to treat your dog to a healthy treat!

Paramount Creamsicle Shampoo: Now I mentioned before that I’m picky about using dog shampoos on Caesar because they just don’t provide the moisture that his coat and skin needs. I bathed Caesar in this shampoo last night and I was very skeptical. After rinsing, I thought for sure his coat was gonna turn out dry. After blow drying, his coat looked very nurished and felt very soft. One thing that I found strange was that the back of the bottle said We do not test products on animals. How can you not test products for animals on animals? neutral Visit Shure Pets for the delicious Creamsicle shampoo and other goodies for your pets.

Arbonne NutriMenCâ„¢ RE9: This line of products is designed for anti-aging. Although I haven’t reached the stage in life where I have to worry about eye bags, I can honestly say that I still like this line. Just imagine if I start now, I’d be battling old age before it even hits. I put some REnewing Hydrating Wash on a lufa and circled my face with it. The wash lathered well and left my face feeling refreshed. Come to think of it, it smelled just like the Creamsicle shampoo! Next came the REstoring Balancing Toner, then the REpair Corrective Eye Cream which I circled my eyes with. Then the REactivating Facial Serum. It was like an aloe vera gel. By this time, I was thinking This is a lot of stuff I’m piling on, it must be some good stuff. I put on the REcover Night Creme and I was amazed. It moisturized my skin and gave it a glow. I guess I put too much on because it seemed too greasy at first, so I rubbed some off. My skin never glows when I use Proactiv. I don’t even need that stuff, I just use it just because. I don’t have an acne problem, just small bumps here and there. Visit Loretta at Arbonne!
